Orders If you wish to place an order for any titles appearing on our web site, you can either give us a call on 02- 6230 2272, or you can write to us at: Email: lilitu.shop @ gmail.com When titles are sold we try to remove them from the web site, if they are irreplaceable, within 24 hours, so a telephone call is always handy. New titles can be ordered for you with our weekly or monthly orders. Orders are pre-paid by either cheque/money order, direct deposit to our account or by Visa or Mastercard. International buyers can use PAY PAL or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). WE PROVIDE FREE GIFT WRAPPING ON REQUEST FOR ALL ITEMS. Special Orders We have a free searching service and will try to find any book or CD you request, either new or used. We post anywhere in the world, except for records which we only post within Australia. Special orders for books or CDs attract a 10% deposit. Postage Within Australia, all CDs are posted free of charge unless registered mail is requested. You then pay the registered component - at the moment $2.70. Books are charged at actual postage and the cheapest method is chosen. Once again, registered mail is extra. Overseas purchases are charged at actual postage for books and CDs and we recommend registered mail, especially in some European countries. Payment methods For interntional customers, payment is by PAY PAL or credit card only. We will send you our PAYPAL ID with your invoice. Within Australia we accept personal cheques, credit cards (Mastercard, VISA), direct deposit or money orders. People in remote Australian communities can also use PAY PAL, for which a small fee is charged, calculated on the sale amount. |

Pricing Policy Books We sell new books by mail order in the category of Mind, Body Spirit (Paganisms, Wicca, Tarot etc) for 10% below the recommended retail price (RRP). Members of Pagan Awareness Network and members of Community Radio ArtSound FM, 2XX, Friends of the National Library and the ACT Writers' Centre are entitled to a further 10% discount. If you see a regular, full-price book elsewhere at a cheaper price (unless it is damaged), we will take an extra 5% from their price. Remaindered, new books with slight damage or marks, and used books do not receive the extra 5% discount but PAN members and members of Community Radio ArtSound FM, 2XX, Friends of the National Library and the ACT Writers' Centre receive their normal 10% discount on our marked price. CDs CD prices vary according to our suppliers but are significantly lower than the normal retail price. The 10% discount offered to various organisations applies to CDs. . |
